How to Delete your Plugins and Themes Manually
If you want to delete your plugins and themes manually. Just login to your C-Panel and go to the file manager. The file manager contains all the uploaded data of your website. You can manually delete anything you want to.
So, the file manager will be open in a new tab where you have to click on public-HTML. Publick-HTML contains all the files of your website (plugins, themes, content, pictures, etc.).
After clicking on public-HTML, click on the wp-content folder. You can see the different folders. Move on to the “Plugin” folder if you want to delete your plugins, and if you want to delete your themes, then just move on to the “Themes” folder.
Right-click on the desired plugin or theme which you want to delete and click on “Delete.” Tick the “Skip the trash and permanently delete the files” option and click on the “Confirm” button. That’s it; your Theme/Plugin is deleted.
Keep in mind, every time you install or delete a plugin or theme, these are some parts or code stuff or some cache remains in the database, so you have to optimize your database to perform completely delete the theme/plugin files.
How to Optimize WordPress database
You can optimize your database with the help of a plugin named “WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache” or you can do it manually also.
To optimize your database manually
1) Login to your “C-Panel“
2) Search for “phpMyAdmin” and click on it.
3) Now click on your database. A list of tables will be open, select all of them and click on the “Optimize Table” from the list. You all the tables will be optimized in seconds.
You can perform these steps with the help of a plugin, which is a lot easier. Follow the steps to optimize your database
